Thank you for caring enough to visit this page. Due to the events surrounding the pandemic of COVID-19, Sanctus Ranch is in great need of help.
Prior to this pandemic, Sanctus Ranch was booked every weekend with retreats from churches throughout the area. However, almost every retreat has now had to cancel, and this has left Sanctus with a finance deficit that it cannot handle on it's own. We have worked tirelessly, done everything we can, and spent everything we have to get through this rough patch so that Sanctus can be here to serve everyone for years to come. We weathered about four months of no income and thought that we were through the worst.
On July 1st, after new orders from the Governor and more cancellations, my wife Jennifer and I broke down and began to inform family and friends of our dire situation. Even with the generous support of deferral from lenders, there was simply no money left to keep up with the monthly rate for supporting Sanctus. We have no ability to pay even basic bills like property insurance, taxes, electricity and other utilities, etc. Unfortunately, this facility is too large to go without any retreats for this long.
Some awesome friends and even our kids stepped in and started to make plans! They have started a pledge drive, a go fund me, and worship nights all in support of Sanctus Ranch and its mission to “serve, train and inspire the people of God”. Along with your help, they are confident that, TOGETHER, God will allow us to find a path to weather this storm! We are incredibly humbled by this effort and support.
While Sanctus Ranch is not a 501c3 nonprofit organization, we have a nonprofit attitude! In fact, we are looking at filing for, or creating another entity with, nonprofit status. It has taken everything we have and over 4 million dollars of outside money to get Sanctus to where it is today in only about three years. To survive this pandemic, we need your support to carry over $20,000 a month in costs and stay open. Once this has passed us all, Sanctus will be able to return to hosting groups and providing retreats that allow so many to encounter Our Lord and have their lives forever changed!
Thank you for your consideration, prayers and support!
